Beginner 1 & 2 - Body and Breath Awareness
An experiential approach to understand your body ( flexibility, restrictions,
limitations) alignment, and to coordinate breath with movement through postures.
Self-pacing and teaches deep relaxation.

Continuing & Advanced - Inner Focus & Concentration
Emphasis on more challenging postures and alignment, holding the posture while
focusing on breath, sensation and allowing. Enhanced breath work & meditation.

Private or Group Sessions
Available in Yoga, Meditation and Holistic Health workshops.
