Restorative Yoga & Breath Work

Learn to deeply relax body and mind, release deeply held tension, soothe and support the nervous and immune systems. Gentle yoga stretches that progress into fully supported restorative poses. Using breath and mindfulness to unwind and soften, ending with a deep relaxation.

Coping With Change:  From Surviving to Thriving

How we deal with change affects all aspects of our life. Explore time-tested, powerfully effective and life-affirming ways of coping; using specific integrative breath practices, relaxation techniques, stretching, reflection and journaling.

*SUDHA is a Certified holistic-health nurse and Yoga Therapist, has 25 years in Healing Arts including tenure at a Boston teaching hospital. A Certified professional-level Kripalu Yoga teacher and International Workshop leader, Sudha is a senior teacher at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in MA. Her energy, enthusiasm and compassion make her one of Kripalu's most popular teachers.  Sudha is featured in the DVD Kripalu Gentle Yoga which won 3 awards. She has led the Breast Cancer Retreat in Port aux Basques and Marystown and Yoga workshops in St. John's
