Exploring Meditation - A guided experience through the various styles and benefits,
finding a style that speaks to you. Discover or deepen your practise in a calming and peaceful setting.
Each class will start with a particular theme, followed by guided instruction, some discussion and Q&A.
People who practice Meditation often experience:
• Greater ability to relax and enjoy life • Increased calmness, peacefulness and well-being
• Reduced depression, fear, anxiety, anger • Reduced insomnia and levels of stress
Total cost $45.00 for Alive with Yoga students (2 classes)
$50.00 for non-students (2 classes)
with Judy Power, Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor & Holistic Health Educator, teaching full-time for 20+years
